Abstract

Electronic Communication Systems simplify and enhance communication between users in different geographical locations and enable innovative practices and strategies.  The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) would drive the new millennium, as rightly postulated.  It is a priority for natural survival and economic growth in all nations.  The paper is an improvement of the most useful technology: Electornic-Mail User Agent—for the adaptation to the socio-cultural and security consciousness of the society.  The method is to develop the multi-lingual capabilities and the ability to run on different platforms with effective security in place.  The SuperMail 1.0 is an edge over existing software and wuite intuitive to use.
