DEVELOPMENT INTERNET BASED EDUCATIONAL SOFTWARE USING “NETWORK-AWARE” LANGUAGE FOR SCIENCE EDUCATION

Abstract

The widespread enthusiasm for internet and its capacities for proving opportunities for information technology is due to the perception of its portability and acceptability. However its supports for assisting in the education and training of pupils and students is extremely important. This paper believers that educational software that “network-aware” can be used to enhance and generalize the teaching of  science education over networked environment. It therefore presents a language that can produce good and productive software. Also the associated mindset and fundamental issue faced when using the language to develop the educational software such as Computer Aided Learning (CAL) were discussed.
